1st XI v Hartlepool (h) - losing draw
Shani Dissanyake and Lewis Stabler returned to Richmond with their new club Hartlepool, who scored 177-9 batting first, with Toby Bulcock once again in the wickets with a 5-69 that included the wicket of Shani, caught behind. Andy Fleming (41) and Gary Pratt (56) gave Richmondshire a platform on which they didn't build, finishing a long way short on 137-9.
2nd XI v Blackhall (a) - lost
Robert West's 59 took Richmondshire to 200 all out at Blackhall. After setting the total, Richmondshire leaked runs in the field, and Blackhall chased the runs 4 wickets down with 14.1 overs to spare.
3rd XI No Game
4th XI v Aldbrough (h) - lost
John Simpson was the pick of the bowlers for the 4s, returning 6-17 from his 10 overs as Aldbrough posted 171-8 at Gilling. Sam Winter's 80 put Richmond in contention but they fell short on 160 all out.
5th XI v Lands (a) - won
Richmondshire's small total of 102 proved enough away at Lands. Opener Michael Irving (27) and all rounder Tom Spensley (35) were the source of most of the runs. Aided by Lands being 2 players short, Richmondshire snuck over the line by just 2 runs.
