1st XI v Middlesbrough (a) - won

The 1s had a successful trip to Acklam Park where they had victory sewn up before tea. Middlesbrough's lower order offered little resistance to the spin of Craig Marshall (3-32) and Toby Bulcock (5-12) and as a result Boro were rolled for just 77. With 66 overs left in the day Richmond only needed to score at 1.18 an over in theory, but instead they chased at just under a run a ball, with Gary Pratt's 51 not out seeing off most of the total single-handedly.

2nd XI v Guisborough II (h) - lost

Opening bowlers Shaun Charlton (4-61) and Josh Dowson (4-23) took 4 each as Richmondshire bowled out Guisborough for 145, on a wicket which could hardly be described as a minefield. However, Richmond collapsed to 55-5 in reply, with none of the top 4 making double figures. Owen Kelly (25) and Tom Stockton (36) rebuilt the innings to an extent, but from the moment Stockton holed out to a fielder the result seemed inevitable and Richmond were bowled out for 119.

2nd XI v Northallerton (h) - lost

Richmondshire batted first and Jack Rowett made an unbeaten 104, his first hundred for the 2nd XI. He was supported by 26 each from Adam Langhorne and Josh Dowson. Richmond finished on 223-7. Opposition middle-order batsmen Bartram (65) and Clarkson (47) chipped away at the total before both were dismissed 'Caught Wright Bowled Stockton'. However, Northallerton got over the line with 3 wickets and 2 overs to spare.
