Gary Priestley is not your average swing singer. He brings so much more to his outstanding shows and is very popular with all ages due to his charisma on stage and his ability to put an audience at ease with the first song of the show. During the show "Decades of Swing" Gary will perform and pay tribute to the greats such as the Rat Pack, Matt Monro and Nat King Cole.

Gary has the talent to also bring his show up to date with the more modern acts such as Michael Buble, Harry Connick Jnr and Jamie Cullum. Gary can either be booked as a solo artist as well as being backed by his own live Big Band Orchestra.

As well as the show "Decades of Swing" Gary can perform songs through ages from the 1950's right up to the current day with artists including Elvis, Buddy Holly and The Beatles straight through to Scissor Sisters, George Michael and Take That.

Born in Nottingham, Gary started performing at a very young age street dancing in local night clubs and entering national competitions competing against the very best until he found his vocation in life was to sing! His singing career started by gaining every piece of experience with humble beginnings completing a contract with LSA performing on the stage every night for two years straight at a holiday park.

During this time, Gary also toured with a Blues Brothers tribute show playing Elwood. This was a very rewarding time and stretched Gary's talents to its limits. After this he felt that he gained important experience to take him to the next level.

After this experience, he then joined a well established showband which gave him invaluable experience in to the industry and has taken him all over the world.

Gary has also been featured on TV shows such as The Vanessa Show where he narrowly missed out on winning but gained many adoring fans........ as well as the infamous X Factor with Simon Cowell where he famously caused a riot with the judges who were split on their decision to take him through. Eventually, Gary's charm and talent gained him a place at bootcamp where his talent shone through and he has gone from strength to strength.

Gary is involved in many other projects including session singing for various songwriters, and has performed at famous venues over the world
